SMS Terms

1. We offer basic transactional alerts that allow members to quickly access our news articles, market updates, and related educational content via SMS text messaging. These OPTIONAL messages are for educational purposes and are intended for members that wish to receive notifications in addition to email.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you receive messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, first text START to our texting number and then just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. Text messages may be sent using pre-recorded/artificial voice messages and/or through the use of automatic dialing devices. Message frequency may vary. Reply HELP for Help or email us at [email protected]
4. Consent is not a condition of the purchase of any goods or services.
5. Message and data rates may apply and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. By opting in for SMS messages with THE BULLPRESS you authorize the use of text messages from our company MS Holdings LLC (DBA: Bullpress).

8. I further acknowledge and agree that, in accordance with applicable law, SMS messages may be sent during and outside of standard hours, including evenings and Sundays, unless I choose to opt out of such extended delivery.
